The town and the church continued to grow and prosper. After extensive repairs costing $4000, the church held three special rededication services on Sunday, November 8, 1903. Reverend William Wilgus Bowers was pastor.
In 1903 the name of the Old South Benevolent Society, an organized women's group, was changed to Ladies Aid. The membership was fifteen. In 1907 the Women's Home Missionary Society was formed with twenty members.
