This Committee is the liaison between the congregation and the pastors and staff. They plan the salary budget, provide input on parsonage needs, hire personnel, assist with evaluations, update job descriptions, and link with the District Superintendent, the Board of Trustees, and the Worship Committee as it relates to music staff and the Administrative Board.
